COVID-19 Measures for the Dutch Pension Sector

The e-book International Pension Lawyer – Journal of the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association talks about the effects of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on pension arrangements in different countries.
Sijbren Kuiper and Wijnanda Rutten wrote the Dutch chapter, starting at page 39.
The coronavirus has created an unprecedented challenge for Dutch employers and employees, and hence for Dutch pension providers. Social partners, interbranch organisations, external supervisory authorities and pension providers are doing everything in their power to enable employers and employees to handle the situation as best as they can. This article provides a short overview of the measures that have been taken.
