The Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) has appointed Van Doorne lawyer Dr. Pim Jansen as Assistant Professor in the field of public law.

Pim is an experienced specialist in the field of European and Dutch competition law. In addition, he has extensive experience in administrative law including regulated markets (including energy, healthcare and telecommunications).

Previously, Pim worked as a researcher in the Economic Law department of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. His doctoral research focused on industrial policy under EU law. He is a member of the Competition Law Association and the Academic Society for Competition Law and publishes regularly in renowned Dutch and European journals.
