Van Doorne ardent supporter of Food Bank

In this year’s food and fund drive of the Amsterdam Food Bank Van Doorne staff again filled a record number of crates. In addition a sizable donation was made to the Food Bank. Van Doorne is extremely proud of its staff ’s efforts.

The drive was organised by the Green Business Club, which aimed at collecting as many food items as possible. Over the past years the Food Bank has been facing increasing shortages of supplies, while waiting lists of recipients have grown. No wonder the full crates were very welcome. They would be enough to help supplement food parcels throughout the year, the coordinator of the Food Bank in Amsterdam-Zuid was happy to say.
