Van Doorne advised Europa Capital on the acquisition of a logistics and light industrial portfolio from Altera.
The firm’s real estate and corporate teams together advised Europa Capital (and its local partner ARC Real Estate Partners) on the acquisition of a logistics and light industrial portfolio from Altera Vastgoed. The portfolio, which totals c. 75,000 sq m across eight buildings, is 95.7% let to around 50 tenants including Sanquin Bloedvoorziening, BAM and Welzorg Nederland. The properties are all situated in key urban centres: Amsterdam, Bleiswijk and Lijnden in Randstad, as well as Best and Son en Breugel near Eindhoven.
The portfolio was acquired on behalf of Europa Capital’s value-add fund, Europa Fund V, which will be incorporated into its investment platform Dutch Urban Light Industrial Platform.
