Van Doorne advised VW with its acquisition of the lease business of Maas Leasing B.V. of Maas Autogroep. VW simultaneously acquired the lease business of Lease Connection B.V. from Van Beynum Autogroep and Maas Autogroep acquired the dealer business of Van Beynum Autogroep.
