Carlijn is part of the Employment & Pensions team. She advises Dutch and international clients on a wide variety of employment-law topics. She also specialises in pensions, where she acts not only for pension providers but also advises Dutch and foreign companies on pension issues.

With a keen eye for detail and an in-depth knowledge of the relevant subject matter, Carlijn is committed to looking after clients’ interests. Carlijn is reliable, ambitious and always strives for the best result. She is practical and hands-on and this is reflected in her clear, practical advice.

Carlijn graduated in 2019 from Leiden University, where she obtained her master’s degree in employment law. In that same year, Carlijn joined Van Doorne and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
