Daniel is part of the State Advocacy practice. He specialises in tax collection law, attachment and enforcement law, as well as securities and insolvency law. He acts in proceedings for the Dutch Tax Collector’s Office and the Ministry of Finance. Previously, he gained experience at Van Doorne N.V. in financing transactions for commercial real estate, with a focus on securities, restructurings, and insolvency.

Daniel obtained a master’s degree in corporate law and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
