Daniel Osorno van Wissen

Daniel is part of the Corporate/M&A team. He focuses on advising and guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures, private equity, and corporate governance matters. Previously, he gained experience at Van Doorne N.V. in financing transactions involving commercial real estate, with a particular focus on securities, restructurings, and insolvency. He has also been involved in litigation on behalf of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration and the Ministry of Finance, particularly in relation to enforcement and attachment law.
