As a candidate civil-law notary within the Real Estate team, Dennis is a specialist in commercial real estate and he advises his clients on a variety of transactions. For instance, Dennis not only advises on commercial real estate purchase and sales transactions or, for example, real estate (re)development, but also regularly advises on commercial real estate finance. In doing so, he acts for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors and private equity parties, as well as (semi-)government authorities and financial institutions from home and abroad.
Dennis is attentive to his clients’ wants and needs. This allows him to work with the client to arrive at tailored solutions to a specific transaction or problem, but at the same time it enables him to gain an understanding of his clients’ longer-term objectives.
