Elise is a senior associate in the Funds & Investment Management team and specialises in financial (regulatory) law in the asset management sector. She advises fund managers, asset managers, institutional investors and pension funds on matters including AIFMD, MiFID II, EuVECA, EuSEF and the Pensions Act, and other relevant laws and regulations like the PRIIPS Regulation, the SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation.

Elise has extensive experience with complex sustainability issues and advises on compliance with, and the integration of, sustainability laws and regulations. Elise is also a valued advisor to our clients in developing a sustainability strategy. She provides high-quality regulatory advice and is involved in (re)structuring and documenting investment funds (including private equity funds, debt funds and renewables funds, hedge funds and real estate funds).

Elise also advises on discretionary and fiduciary asset management and on the regulatory laws and regulations governing asset management. With a keen eye for detail and an in-depth knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, she turns complex legal issues into pragmatic analyses and clear advice.
