Assisting a US real estate investment company with a number of project finance transactions for office properties at Amsterdam’s Zuidas and a number of logistics centres.

Legal advice and assistance to a US investment bank on various hive-off structures involving Dutch non-performing loans.

Acting for a German Pfandbrief bank on several large residential portfolios, investment loans, student accommodation and real estate development of hotel and commercial properties.
