Ingeborg Wind-Middel
Ingeborg is highly specialised in public law and has built a solid track record in general administrative law, environmental law, nature & environment, energy & sustainability and real estate & retail. She and her team advise on all public law aspects of spatial planning, sustainability (wind and solar, policy), real estate and area development, land policy, circularity, retail planning, area and species protection, compensation for planning and other damage, compensation for loss, subsidies and so on.
Her team advises both public authorities (provinces, municipalities, water boards and other public law entities) and companies (developers, investors and institutions, for instance). Ingeborg understands the political playing field like no other and easily finds her way in decision-making processes and administrative organisations.
Ingeborg always strives for practical, workable, efficient and long-term solutions. In doing so, she does not shy away from substance. Another of her specialisms is legal project management. She also regularly acts for clients before the administrative courts, including the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal.
Ingeborg teaches and publishes on a regular basis.
