Jasper Boiten

Jasper is part of the Commercial team. This team advises and litigates on the legal aspects of commercial contracts, drafts contracts and assists during contract negotiations.
In addition, Jasper works for the Financial & Insolvency Litigation team. This team’s focus is on advising and litigating on/for financial institutions, financing and security disputes, restructurings and insolvency law.
Jasper obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht University. He also obtained a master’s degree in private law, with a focus on commercial real estate law (cum laude) from the same university.
