Justin Interfurth
Justin has a distinct ability to find resolutions. He has the skills to devise creative and effective strategies in a variety of disputes. In particular, Justin specialises in litigation and liability law, with his main focus being on national and international disputes and proceedings in the field of financial, corporate and/or commercial litigation. He has a particular affinity with attachment and enforcement law.
As disputes can be inevitable, Justin is regularly in court. He assists and advises clients, with good results, in all kinds of different litigation and liability issues, including different types of contracts, takeover and shareholder disputes, torts and (mass) damage claims. As a trusted advisor, he looks for solutions, rather than getting bogged down in the problems.
Clients commend Justin for his impressive legal knowledge and his ability to make complex subject matter understandable. Justin further puts this into practice by regularly publishing articles in professional journals and acting as a lecturer and examiner in the professional training programme for lawyers (The Law Firm School) several times a year. He further increased his expertise by completing (cum laude) the Grotius Academy’s postgraduate specialisation course in corporate litigation in 2023. Justin has been a lawyer with Van Doorne since 2016.
