Loes works in the Criminal Sanctions Law & Investigations team. She has extensive experience in investigations, criminal sanctions law and (responsible) business conduct, as well as ESG.
Loes obtained both a bachelor’s degree in Dutch and a bachelor’s degree in international & European law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. She then obtained master’s degrees in Dutch law (specialising in criminal law) and international & European law from Radboud University in Nijmegen and Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
Loes has extensive experience in advising on compliance and integrity issues and internal investigations, partly due to her experience as a Business Conduct Counsel at a multinational company. She also represents companies and directors in enforcement proceedings before various regulators.
Loes is also on the editorial staff of the Criminal Sanctions Law & Business Journal.
