Nick Suurmond

Nick has extensive experience advising parties in the healthcare sector on collaborations, transactions and governance issues in the complex playing field in which they operate. With a keen eye for detail whilst always having a helicopter view, he is able to size up the legal complexities and different interests, bring them together and translate them into integral, practical and appropriate solutions.

Besides being a lawyer, Nick also studied to be an economist and is therefore even better placed to take the relevant business-economic and social interests into account when issuing his advice. He also has a particular interest in new (technological) developments that could contribute to the necessary transition the healthcare sector will have to undergo in the coming years.

On a personal level, Nick strives to be able to contribute to this transition using his expertise. Working with others is crucial for this.
