Pim is a strategic-legal thinker in matters relating to residences, offices, energy, industry, hospitality and retail. His focus is on administrative spatial planning law (Dutch and European), environmental and nature conservation law, supervision and enforcement.
Pim has been a lawyer since 2020 and has already contributed to over 2 million square metres GFA in projects. He assists both public/semi-public authorities and private parties like developers and (institutional) investors. Pim advises during planning procedures and licensing where possible, and litigates if necessary. From draft design to the Council of State, keeping an eye on all stakeholders’ interests. Legal project management is one of Pim’s strengths.
Pim’s motivation is to make complex legal situations understandable. Before becoming a lawyer, he helped lawyers with a legal tech startup to write plain language. Clients commend him for his accessible and impactful explanations, and therefore regularly consult him for advice and insights.
