Saloua advises and litigates on both national and international liability and insurance cases. She acts for clients – as Defence Counsel, Monitoring Counsel or Coverage Counsel – in complex disputes involving director/supervisory director’s liability, professional liability, cyber claims, fraud cases and construction-related claims. She also advises on policy conditions. 

Saloua is straightforward and resolute. She is known for her thorough, detailed knowledge of her files, but does not lose sight of the key points. Clients view Saloua as a trusted advisor and as a sparring partner due to her commercial and strategic insights, pragmatic advice, extensive legal knowledge and practical experience.  

In 2021-2022, Saloua completed the post-graduate specialist course on insurance law, which earned her the title of registered Certified Insurance Lawyer. 

Before joining Van Doorne, Saloua worked at a renowned international law firm in Amsterdam/Rotterdam for five years.
