Tess is on the Corporate Law team and focuses in particular on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions and advises companies and investors on national and international transactions.

Tess has been with Van Doorne since 2022. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in law and master’s degree in corporate law from Leiden University.
