Commercial contracts

Our Commercial Team advises and litigates on behalf of domestic and international companies and organisations with regard to all commercial contracts, such as (international) agency, franchise and distribution contracts, (international) sale/purchase agreements (including general conditions, sourcing and framework agreements), services agreements, co-operation agreements and confidentiality agreements.

Commercial litigation

We have specific expertise in commercial litigation, both before Dutch Courts as well as in (international) arbitration, with a specific emphasis on general contract law, (product) liability and consumer law and related matters of an international private law nature. In addition our team also advises and litigates in the areas of e-commerce and IT, including outsourcing, software and hardware sales and supply of software licensing and on failed IT projects.
