Alexandra is a member of the Commercial team. She specialises in drafting and reviewing as well as advising on various kinds of (cross-border) contracts such as agency, distribution and franchise agreements, sale/purchase agreements and general conditions and the use thereof. She also advises on international private law matters related to the above agreements as well as on international private law in general. Furthermore, she frequently deals with e-commerce, consumer and liability law. Alexandra is native German-speaking. She is a member of the German-Dutch Lawyers Association (DNRV) and the Association for distribution, franchise and agency law (DFA).

Alexandra is a teacher at NEVI (the Dutch Procurement Management Association). She is co-editor of Rechtspraak Contractenrecht, in which Dutch contract case law is analysed from a practical perspective.
Alexandra has completed the specialist training course National and International Contracts at the Grotius Academy with cum laude distinction.
