Anneke is part of the Real Estate team. She has extensive experience in transferring (commercial) real estate and creating security, as well as in large (international) real estate transactions. In addition, she has extensive experience in other real estate-related topics such as sales of complexes and individual rental units, the division into apartment rights, allocation of land under a ground lease, the establishment of easements and building and planting rights.
Anneke studied notarial law, tax law and civil law at the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has more than 25 years’ experience in the notarial profession. Anneke worked for a long time in general practice with an increasing focus on real estate later on.
