Cihan is part of the Corporate Law team. He mainly focuses on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures. He advises companies and investors in national as well as international transactions.

Before joining the Corporate Law team, Cihan worked in the European & Competition Law department. While working there, Cihan gained experience in assisting national and international clients being confronted with enforcement procedures by regulatory authorities and advised various organisations on legal matters relating to European law and competition law in particular.
Cihan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law and, subsequently, a master’s degree in Corporate Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
