Claudia is the deputy State advocate in tax matters and part of the State advocate in tax matters team. She focuses on the right of recovery for tax purposes, attachment and execution law, as well as law of security and insolvency law. She represents the Tax and Customs Administration and the Ministry of Finance in legal proceedings.
Claudia read Dutch Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen and graduated with distinction. Furthermore, she completed the INSOLAD/Grotius Insolvency law specialist training with honours.
Before she joined Van Doorne, Claudia held various positions in science institutes and practices focusing on financing, collaterals, financial restructuring and insolvency. She appears in print in leading legal literature on a regular basis. Claudia is a member of INSOL International, INSOL Europe and a fellow of INSOLAD.
