Luuk Bossers

Luuk works as a candidate civil-law notary within the Corporate Law team. His focus is on the legal guidance of (international) transactions, restructurings, mergers, demergers, shaping and fleshing out collaborations, both between legal entities/institutions and public-private collaborations and governance issues.

Luuk obtained the bachelor's degree in Notarial Law as well as his two master's degrees in Notarial Law and Tax Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen. Before joining the Corporate Law team, Luuk worked as a candidate civil-law notary in the Real Estate section.
