After an intermediate step as an in-house counsel at a large Dutch multinational and various social assignments, Vanessa returned to the private practice at the end of 2018. She is an expert on investigations, business conduct / compliance, Speak Up matters and ESG. In recent years, she has led a large number of complex and sensitive investigations.

Vanessa’s national and international experiences both in and out of the legal profession make her a unique lawyer to whom multinationals, NGOs and public and semi-public organisations turn when their reputation is at stake. Be it integrity reports or (internal) investigations into bribery, greenwashing, misbehaviour or human rights violations; Vanessa accelerates in challenging and complex situations where the pressure and stakes are high.
