Vivan is part of the corporate team. She focuses on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Before joining the corporate team, Vivan was part of the Dispute Resolution team. She litigated and advised about (international) disputes in relation to corporate, contract, liability and insurance matters, and arbitration.

Vivan obtained a bachelor's degree in Law from Utrecht University. Subsequently, she obtained a master’s degree in Legal Research from Utrecht University.
