Willem is part of the Commercial team and specialise in contract law in the broad sense. Willem focuses on litigation and advises on various agreements, including distribution agreements, franchise agreements, agency agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase agreements and sales agreements. Furthermore, Willem has conduct of matters relating to consumer law and liability law.

Willem received his master’s in Private law and Criminal law from the University of Amsterdam. Willem has also studied at the University of New South Wales (Sydney) and he has completed the Law Firm School.
