Van Doorne x Van Gogh Museum
For a change
What do a museum and a law firm have in common? At first glance, not that much. But we see it differently because, as we often say, we live in a changing era. The law is then an indispensable compass. Just like art and culture. These offer us guidance, but also a different view of ourselves, each other and the world around us. Art and culture are built on inspiration, innovation and cooperation. That is what we believe in. And that is why we are a proud partner of the Van Gogh Museum.
For new perspectives
The Van Gogh Museum embodies the role of art in a time of transition. It has a foundation with the work and life story of Vincent van Gogh, but always lets us view it through a new lens. It does so not only with the work of Van Gogh himself, but also with the work other artists like Matthew Wong and Anselm Kiefer and with events like Vincent on Friday, of which we are the sponsor. Together, we let a new generation experience the power of art and give them a stage.
For the power of culture
We do this precisely because of this changing world and the pressure on the arts. As a large organisation, we feel a responsibility to strengthen arts and culture. After all, it has an unrivalled ability to interpret, question and drive change. We think that is important. So that it can continue to do that for society today, but also for tomorrow.
Vincent on Friday is the event where you experience the Van Gogh Museum in a new way. Six nights a year, you can enjoy live music, DJ sets, Vincent van Gogh’s masterpieces and special exhibitions. Each edition has its own theme, making for an ever-changing and inspiring experience.
Contact us if you are a Van Doorne visitor and would like to sign up for this event. The dates for 2025 are: 28 February, 28 March, 30 May, 27 June, 26 September and 28 November.
