Hanne is gespecialiseerd in fusies en overnames, private equity en venture capital-transacties en joint ventures. Daarnaast heeft zij brede kennis van het ondernemingsrecht in algemene zin en meer specifiek ook corporate governance.
Ze heeft ook ervaring met gerechtelijke procedures over onder meer garantieclaims, bestuursaansprakelijkheid en enquête procedures bij de Ondernemingskamer van het Hof Amsterdam.
